The construction labor shortage gets all the attention. The management shortage is worse — and most workforce programs aren't training for it.

You can find laborers. You can't find the project engineers, estimators, and field engineers who actually run jobs.

The BTY Pipeline

We train specifically for the office side.

Six 2-week modules covering blueprint reading, scheduling, estimating, field coordination, and career placement. Every graduate is prepared for entry-level management-track roles — not labor.

Our partners help shape what we teach. The result is graduates who arrive interview-ready for your jobs.

Tier 01

Hiring Partner

No cost. Interview commitment only.
  • Interview BTY graduates at the end of each cohort

Best for contractors actively hiring entry-level management roles.
Tier 02

Internship Partner

Time investment. Hosting capacity.
  • Everything in Tier 01
  • Offer internship slots each cohort (4–8 weeks)
  • Paid or unpaid at your discretion
  • All Tier 01 benefits
  • Co-branding in BTY program materials
  • Direct mentorship pipeline before hiring
